The Tinnelly Group were awarded the structural demolitions package at the former Bank of Ireland Headquarters on Baggot Street Dublin, under John Paul Construction.
Works involved extensive structural alterations to the main structural cores of 3 office blocks and alteration works throughout basement areas. Existing staircores, Lift shafts and substantial floor slab and concrete wall sections were removed throughout each building.
JJ Campbell designed a temporary steel frame within the largest office block which facilitated the demolition works and removal of the structural core.
