Tinnelly Group are delighted to have been appointed as main contractor and PSCS to carry out the demolition of Carrisbrook House to make way for this prestigious development in the heart of Ballsbridge, One Pembroke.
Redevelopment has commenced at the Carrisbrook House site in Dublin 4, having been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála.
RKD have been appointed to design the scheme to provide 12,600 sq. m of high-quality office space across 10 storeys with terrace access at each level.
Tinnelly Group have been appointed to complete the demolition works of the current structure. We look forward to working with RKD and the rest of the design team on this phase of the project.
