Where it is not possible to perform conventional mechanical demolition techniques, we may opt to perform a work down or de-construction of the structures, which essentially involves dismantling or demolition of the structures in smaller sections on a floor by floor basis. This method is ideal when the building is in close proximity to other structures or the public.
The Tinnelly Group specialise in this form of deconstruction and have conducted numerous large scale work down projects over the years.
Tinnelly Group owns and operates all specialist equipment and plant required for these works and our work down fleet include numerous BROKK robotic demolition machines and attachments, mini diggers, bobcats, sawcutting and coring equipment and our own crane.
